In short, Dr.Kleinman expressed his opinion that Ms. Lindauer is incompetent because she has pleaded ?Not Guilty? to the charges.and on and on in this actual factual case file, more people testifying to her sanity...Contradicting Dr. Kleinman's evaluation are reports filed by Family Health Services in Hyattsville, Maryland, where Ms. Lindauer was required to attend meetings on a weekly basis for one year from March 2004 through March, 2005. Dr. Bruke Taddessah recorded that he observed "no signs of psychosis, no signs of mood disturbances, no delusional thinking and no depression." He wrote that there was no basis for psychiatric intervention. Nevertheless, Ms. Lindauer was ordered to surrender to Carswell Federal Medical Center on October 3, 2005, which she obeyed despite strong disagreements with the evaluations.
So sure, Lindauer is obviously just a nut case and I've got two towers to sell you in Manhattan.

Allegations are made/Charges are filed.
A bunch of arguments are made, refuting the allegations/charges, claiming they are baseless and without merit.
THEN a judge/jury decides who is right and decides punishment.

If its filed with the court and public record... then its dated, stamped etc etc etc. Show me this document on the ney york district courts website where it was filed or in NY legal records and i'll believe you. Until then, its just a pdf that appears to be a motion that has yet to be filed or that was never filed.. or that was doctored and posted for people like you to use as "proof" since you're never going to question its legitimacy.
