I say that cop need to be charged with abuse of power and excessive force. Was no need for that. If I was that guy I'd sue the living fuck out of the city over that.

im not claiming to do or be anything, just surprised by the fear of protesting. People will march into war for oil, but scared of protesting in American public street?

sad to see. There were riots near our parliament 2 years ago, when politics raised taxes, so police officers were shooting to people with rubber bullets, no matter if they were innocent or not.

He was filming, so I suspect he expected nothing to happen. I mean real big threat some guy with a camera is.. I'm pretty sure that cop broke any "legal" usage of the rubber bullet when he shot the guy that was clearly no threat.

Im' not a sue happy person, but if that guy doesn't sue the city of that he's fucking stupid as hell. At the very least he should be suing to have the cop fired.
