however, no one who is making crank calls will pick up the phone and say hi, this is ..... just phone the police paul and block this mobile. but contact police in both countries. by the way paul, a simple bit of advise is just get an answer phone. i have one on all the time. let that deal with the calls. no one is going to give you a crank call if they get the answer phone. they get off on knowing you pick up the phone and are worried. ----------- one thought is, it could be some female who has fallen in love with you. if this is the case, you do need to contact the police as clearly she is insane. |
Has Divvy sold his user name to a half wit? Seems to be making a lot more sense today.

Got a good idea, will stick it on some gay dating forums and tell people I want friends. Did that with Damian and he got a load of dates. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh |
The problem is that the network owners are giving away phone calls too cheaply.
The obvious answer is to make phone calls more expensive. A phone call should have a 1:1 ratio and that isn't happening anymore with too many wires and satellites out there making calls virtually free. |
|
considering the time you're getting called etc, i think you might be looking at the wrong continent
|
It may not even be an end user number. I have no idea how networks operate but I do know that when I've sent (and received) texts abroad the number they've seen isn't mine but some other number from my network provider, and often the number I see in texts from them is not theirs.

ok I will be clearer this time...

It is probably a genuine call but Paul is putting the wrong end of his newly acquired telephonic device to his ear so can't hear the caller. :2 cents:

Or does it bill me by just ringing my phone? Now that has to be a clever tool. :thumbsup Or you're the fool for thinking it's this. |
Do a search for those 'get paid to complete survey' sites and fill out the surveys using that phone number. They'll get sales calls coming from all over for the next month or so.
If you feel this person knows who you are and is intentionally screwing with you, you can use your name on the surveys so the sales people will ask for you by name when they call them. Repeat as necessary. |
