Back in '91, I spent $2k on a Tandy 286. I met her on PC-LINK, that was Tandy's answer to AOL. We were both in Hawaii, payin' hella surcharges to use it, so I asked her to call me on the phone. We talked for about a week, then went out on a date. Dated for a while, we've been married for ten years now.

I even was on AOL back then for a brief time, surcharge from hawaii was even worse than PC-LINK! Thank god ISPs started popping up shortly thereafter.

My best friend bill is about 20+ years older than me and one afternoon we were sitting around drinking and shit, then he tells me that his daughter is coming over. She was 21 at the time.

Me and her talked for hours on end, There were other friends there and the whole party wound up lasting the entire weekend (4th of July 1999), The entire time we talked about everything, went shopping for more food on day2, by the end of that week we had dinner almost nightly, 2 weeks later we moved in, 1 month after that engaged and looking now at our 3rd wedding anniversary this coming June 10th.

We were married at the house that we met as well. The house is a beautiful old home with really kick ass gardens and shit. really really nice doylestown PA area house, sits on 5 acres.

That was really a trip to stand there at the spot you met and exchange vows. Very powerful indeed

i was running a few miles at a park and i didn't wanna leave after i was done so i saw what looked to be a hot figure of a girl off in the distance playing basketball w/ some other people, so i went n' played.

No kidding but I met my husband on the internet. On a Multi-User Dungeon called Realms of Despair. This was like... 8 years ago. The game is still around and we drop in now and then but we quit playing years ago. We're still together though.
