I already did, here it is in more detail.. For some reason people think porn is some how elite and does not really need to comply with all laws. It's like any business, if I open a shop in a local community I will need to follow their local laws. Thy also applies to WHERE you are promoting your business. If I open a flower business in Germany where roses are legal, and I start promoting my products including roses in Saudi Arabia where roses are illegal ( not true, example only ). How would that be fair for me to sell illegal flowers in Saudi Arabia compared to the other local flower shops located in Saudi Arabia that are following the law?
This is no different than the Internet, if you want American traffic and America customers then you have to follow ameican laws otherwise you are concidered harmful to American citizens on a federal and state level. Sorry if I did not explain this very well, I am typing this on my phone while making dinner.[email protected]

Well, it depends on what country they are in re: the laws but if the subject domain is a .com, .net, .org or .us the US AG DOJ can pull the plug (ICE-- domain forfeitures).
Also, where the server is may allow this -- it is called an in rem forfeiture.
in rem Of actions for recovering or reducing to possession or enjoyment a specific object {action against property not persons, e.g.; confiscation of a server}
