I saw those $119 rates when I searched Jan 14th - 18th, but when I just looked at Jan 15th-18th it gave me the $99 and $129 rates.

Yeah, you can see the rate for each day when you click through to a specific room. The special rate seems to apply to 15th-19th Jan room rates.

Special room rates appear to be valid 15th-19th, but if you pick up additional days on top of those then they'll just charge you a different rate for those days. You can see prices for each individual date when you click in to the room 'type' that you want for the date range you select.
