Why do webcam sponsors convert so poorly?

We automatically redirect mobile devices and are compatable with Flash and non-Flash Platforms. For iPhone -- 2 years almost, in Flash for 3 months now. Check it out in a mobile device ... I would think that most cam sites do likewise.

No problem for me ... Send me a tracert/traceroute from your local computer if there is a real problem and I'll have the carriers look into the router metrics per chance there is an actual metrics or router issue in your route ...

I think it depends on which webcam sponsor your using, if I was not promoting the niche cams I promote I would have left the Adult biz after a couple years in frustration.

Originally my main objective was to cover all my costs associated with domains and hosting. Now my objective is to make 2k a month, and no way was I going to make that in a short period of time promoting pay/member/VOD sites.

This is just a side project, and I also work a 40 hour 9-5, hopefully I can make an online project full time one day. But I think mainstream is the way to go, still looking for my niche there...no money in promoting the sport of Handball.

It's not that they don't have a desire to improve it, it's that you don't know what you're talking about, no matter how much you think you do, you don't. Yeah so they tell the girls to look into the cam and smile more. What is that going to change? Do you think they have never been told that? The girls are still going to go back to doing it how they do it. As someone else said, everyone has their own level of satisfaction. You act like you've discovered some huge flaw in the cam world. I'm sure anyone running these cam networks could spot little things like this but since they're actually in that business they know there are bigger things to take care of and worry about.

well, whatever some people think they know about cam biz.... as you can see on page 1 of this thread, we can convert cams 1 : 8 (and averaging at 1 : 20) oh, that ratio is with max 4 work hours a day...and I have a very decent income ;-)

so my guess is you (people who are complaining) are doing something wrong....

Whoa, you must have a lot of spending lifetime members! Those stats are confusing because it isn't the signup:uniques ratio. It is the "number of sales":uniques.

I'll get 10 sales from lifetime members every month with 0 new signups. If I send 10 hits, my ratio will be 1:1. If I send 1000 hits, my ratio will probably be 1:100. If I sent a million hits, my ratio will probably be something like 0:25000

I dont think that Nikki Ferrari has anything to do with the VOD equation.

I do know that a guy that just got done looking at a VOD Agelica Guttierrez on VOD is 70% likely to find her and take her private.

That is fact not opinion.

VOD works as a sales tool and as an income source.
