          Sounds like tevs standard which was cheaper.

                                                              License Information
                                                              TEVS Open license grants you the right to run unlimited instances of the Software on unlimited web server.

                                                              So that would be a yes but when i bought the software it wasn't called tevs open. They added this option later i think. But i'm pretty sure it's the same software. If you are interested then i will mail them for you just to be sure.
