* You are an affiliate of an FFN site with a signup date before October 1, 2011
* You opt into the contest between October 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011.
* You don't run your own affiliate program or work for FFN.

You know, if AFF would stop fucking legitimate affiliates by supporting theft I bet you would make a LOT more money. Sure, you'd lose some massive tube clients but you would gain hundreds...maybe thousands of legit affiliates who wouldn't be a legal risk for you.
