                  The OP is a newbie.

                  We all know newbies are dumb as dogshit.

                  So perhaps the OP just recently heard the term however equated "scissoring" to being at kindergarten
                  and using safety scissors to cut up coloured pieces of paper.

                  If that't the case, then I understand why this is a "new" definition of scissoring.
