I need a new dedicated, based in amsterdam and both Leaseweb and AdultEUhost has pretty good offers. Which one should I go with? Any user experiences would be greatly appreciated..

I think the difference between us and leaseweb is the level of support you get.
Leaseweb offers very attractive pricing and has a pretty good network, we are known for our complete managed hosting solutions.

Illegal content is a no-go at all times. This is based on dutch law so what might be illegal in the US can very well be legal in the Netherlands (the more extreme content for example).
European customers are served from our dutch entity so we are not obliged to act on DCMA requests although we look into every single one. We do have to comply with EUCD requests though.
If you repeatedly violate our terms there is a pretty good chance we terminate the service. Every customer is accountable for their content and sites so let me put it this way: if you already know yourself you are doing something illegal (if in doubt you can always ask us) there is a pretty good chance you can look for a new hoster pretty quick.

anybody please have any actual leaseweb contacts? just bought their hosting and they are simply ignoring my ticket for 5+ days and today asked on their main accounting contact and they are fucking with me also. is this normal? the fucking worse support i have seen so far last time ... also told them that cb will come, they simply fuck me out, even if all is paid ... what a fucked up amateurs business they are running ...
