          I had the same best man twice. The second time he told jokes about how good it was to see my friends/family again and other jokes that were only funny for those sitting on my side of the church. What an asshole ..... but funny. Probably use him again someday.

                          Had the same best man twice as well. Great guy love him to death but the gasp that came up in the hall when he said my Congrats to me and then named my X wife was priceless.

                          I told him if he is going to recycle the speech the least he could do was update the name.

                                      just tell the new married couple how great they are ...how in love ... how much they are meant for each other and you will always be there for them ...blah blah blah.

                                      Everyone expects the Best Man to bust the Groom's balls .... Be different and go the positive lovey/nice route ... You will get a few bridesmaids and single babes digging your vibe.
