Personally I believe these Billionaires aren't using the clubs as toys, but more for diversifying and in some cases money laundering. With City's Arabs I see it as spreading eggs into different baskets; one day either oil will run out or the world will move away from it. Whereas Russian Oligarch's know Putin could strip them of their money/assets at any moment, so they've got to get it as far away from him as possible, whilst acting as a "Sugar Daddy"

Silva is incredible.
