simply add ".rugu" after "youtube" in any youtube url

example

turns into

use number 1,2 or 3 on your keyboard to change weapons

done.. i set it over a bit so you wouldn't accidently click an ad because each browser is slightly different it shows a couple pixels off between chm/ffox/ie/saf
