The iron maiden bartab has the Dansih letter O with a line accross, it's a Scandinavian letter, so my bet the total is not in USD, but rather in Norwegian, Danish or possibly Swedish currency.

An average exchange rate between those three currencies would make the bartab somwhere in the neighborhood of $3000 give or take.
