He was arguably the most powerful vice president in history, likely having a greater influence over White House policy than Bush himself. Nobody in the US will be arrested for war crimes though. Should he be? Yes. Iraq was based on lies and ended up being as pointless as Vietnam.

Why would he be arrested for War crimes?
Is it because his companies directly profited from the direction of war time spending and decisions to move on countries that also profited his companies? All of this done while he was in a position of power to control the outcome. Is that a War crime?? Seems like the ultimate capitalist...I think he should win a medal. Capitalism 101. |
