Do you have long or short nails? I went and had a manicure the other day and the girl talked me into this new lacquer polish and now my fucking nails hurt from typing. I wouldn't recommend getting that kind of polish.

I have (in the past) spent entirely too much time at salons having them trying to convince me into "nail art" ...
(Not a practical solution if you frequent the gymnasium)

Gel nails are horrible so plz refuse that treatment ...

May I suggest using a nice natural nail shade along with a gloss for a sparkling finish if you prefer that look ...

It's not gel they have a new nail polish that has lacquer in it, I keep mine a french manicure.

I have always been super hard on my fingernails, and they just don't grow for me. I've thought about going fake... but it does so much damage, it's a big committment. I stick with pedicures.

Oh, I tried stick-on nails and couldn't take my contact lenses out of my eyes until I melted two back off! it was awful!!

It is strange huh? I don't think I will get it done again as my nails are hard and grow fast. I got them done more for the way it will last for 2 weeks and didn't have to sit and let them dry.
