Non-paysites or non-traditional paysites that can be promoted in conjunction with traditional paysite. Totem is obviously quite well known and converts extremely well. Another really good one is T-Shirt Hell. Find and link directly to a shirt that is at least semi related to your niche or whatever you are promoting on a given page. Only pays $4 per shirt, but it's really easy money.

Well, I wouldn't say all sites, but my October stats with Royal Cash look pretty good. 1:815 overall conversion from mostly tube traffic is definitely not bad. However, First BGG really rocks this month - but then again it's a brand new site, which always convert better.

This has probably already been mentioned in this thread, but everyone can tell you what converts great for them, but this does not mean that it will convert for you. You have to test a bunch of different sites and find out what converts with YOUR traffic. Only then will you be able to answer "what converts the best". At least for yourself.
Is your traffic very specific or a mix of everything? there are many factors here. In either case, my main point is that even if something converts amazing for a few people it does not mean that you will have the same results..
