    You know you've hired the right contractor..

    When you get home from the office and the kitchen is totally demolished and they have cleaned up everything in one day. Amazing how much work the right group of people can get done in 10 hours.

    However, I have a feeling it won't be put back together anywhere near as fast.
    You might not be as anonymous as you think you are.
