Paypal masspay fee changed: from $1 to 2% up to $45
Without any notice it suddenly costs 2% to send payments via mass pay, which used to cost max $1 per transaction.
This is fucked up..

they probably released people were abusing the system, using mass pay for only 1 person to avoid the high fees, and they were losing money by doing this

now its a little better than 3% regular
