    need dedicated server - spam me

    I need a new dedicated server. After 3 hard disk failures this year Webair is not on my list.

    The server I need can be small because it doesn't have a lot of traffic.
    HDD should be around 200GB, FreeBSD, MySQL, PHP, the typical shit.
    Then I will need ffmpeg and a few other thingies, but all within the reasonable boundaries. Not planning to run any tubes on it.

    I need a company with solid live support without the attitude, and daily backup. Show me what you can do for around $100-130/m.

    Main thing is, I need a server that won't be having too much downtime.

              You want a fully managed server with daily backup for <$130? Good luck with that... if you want quality and reliability, then you should expect to pay a reasonable amount.

              You want a RAID1 machine with hot-swap chassis's so you have some resilience against drive failures, this is going to mean a machine that alone will cost around $130, not including the cost of server management and backups.

              A more adequate budget would be around <$250.

                  Especially since you specifically said FreeBSD. Amerinoc are FreeBSD experts. Backup you say?
                  Ask them about having an extra clone server ready to go in a geographically separate datacenter.
