                                                          and btw your idea to limit webmaster registrations to 10 in 60 min (not sure if the nubmers are correct, but it's something like this) and adding captcha, but it's crazy.

                                                          at least leave the captcha, but increase the number of registrations. i need to join a few hundreds of ccbill programs to add them at signbucks.com

While we view the recent changes as essential to maintaining quality service, we also fully realize the potential inconveniences that the changes may have caused. As a result, we are planning to develop a feature rich affiliate API solution. The planned affiliate API will allow CCBill clients and their partners to create bulk affiliate relationships properly and I am looking forward to the release.
