    I impressed myself cooking tonight.

I'm not much of a chef, but decided to make the girlfriend dinner tonight.

I grilled some boneless skinless chicken breasts then I cut up some fresh pears and sauteed them in a pan with some diced red onion, ground up coriander, a dash of salt and some olive oil. I hit with some rum. When it was done I sliced the chicken and poured the pears over it.

In a separate pan I sauteed some mushrooms with some garlic and olive oil. When they were done I threw in some tomato paste and fresh fettuccine noddles and cooked it all in one big pan.

I served the pasta alongside the chicken with a side salad and some asparagus.

It was yummy and I impressed myself.

She better put out tonight LOL

Don't know what you and your girlfriend are into but keep in mind the asparagus will make your piss taste funny.

Although it sounds good I personally would have went with a white sauce for the pasta when having chicken and pears...

I thought about that, but any kind of cream sauce is beyond my skill level and I didn't want to just buy something from a jar. The tomato paste was pretty light, I didn't use much of it so it was mostly olive oil and garlic. But a good white sauce would rock.

That sounds really good! Shit, I cant cook to save my life. Though, I've been thinking of taking a cooking class. Hotdogs cant be the apex of my cooking, forever. :|
