I live on sugar, cake, chocolate. I would say a strawberry cheesecake for breakfast and a blackforrest gateau for lunch would be sweet :thumbsup

For snacks, I'm all about baby carrots, bananas and strawberries. I also love cottage cheese with hot sauce or greek yogurt. Om nom nom.

I buy eggs by the tray these days, I'll whip up some eggs with some mixed vegetables as a snack or a quick meal.. and yes hot sauce works well with it! I try to eat it without toast for the most part, but one piece here and there wont kill you.. I'm not anti carb or anything i just make attempts at keeping the beast at bay! ;)

I thought eggs were bad for you, no?
