WRONG !! She was never found "not guilty" she was found "GUILTY" but on appeal the verdict was overturned BECAUSE the way the Italian police collected forensic evidence "COULD" (and note the word COULD not DID) have led to cross contamination of DNA.
All I would say is if somebody is murdered at the place you live and one day you say you sat in another room with your hands over your ears listening to your boss kill your friend and later change your story and say you were never there at all.....?!?!?Comment

Are you fucking stupid ? Where did I mention the fact that she was American ? It's exactly that insular "American" (she must be innocent because she is American) view that is the problem. She's guilty IMHO because of the reasons I stated. You need to understand that this wasn't a retrial, it was an appeal, they are very different entities. Knox has never been found not guilty and neither has Solicetto (for fear that I appear anti-American).............LOL and you wonder why Muslims might have a problem with the US when you can't even comment on a murder case without being accused of being racist !!Comment

She wasn't freed because of possible cross contamination, but rather because none of the dna/physical evidence linked Amanda to the crime scene after an independent group reviewed all of the evidence. Also, they were able to eventually link all of the physical evidence to Rudy Guede who was convicted and is now serving 16 years for the murder. At that point, any other judicial system would have freed her and admitted a mistake. Instead you have a prosecutor who didn't want to be embarrassed and tried to save face by continuing to prosecute her on zero hard evidence. Her pointing the finger at Patrick initially was at the end of 14 hours of interrogation with no attorney and she was told she would never be able to leave unless she pointed the finger at someone."WTF, on google you can find the answer to every question in human history, EXCEPT how to convert cams..

The hard drive to his laptop was mysteriously destroyed by the prosecution/police, which could have at least corroborated their story.
