If you use a .xxx domain you are required to give IFFOR free member passes.

Or am I reading this wrong?

    F. Consent to Monitoring

All registrants in the sTLD must agree to permit automated monitoring of their sites for compliance with IFFOR policies, including without limitation, IFFOR policies requiring site labeling, prohibiting child pornography, and prohibiting content or conduct designed to suggest the presence of child pornography. Registrants must agree not to employ technological or other means to defeat or prevent such monitoring.

Maybe Lawley is a porn fan and doesn't want to pay for passes.

I would love it if he owned a bunch of file sharing sites and anybody that supports him gets their content ripped off. /dream

I have advised icm that my "Dave Cummings" name was trademarked many years ago, and that I will take legal action if icm allows any .xxx registrations that include my trademarked name. I've also advised them that I will not be registering any .xxx domains.

You would have to be some kind of a jackass to run your site on .xxx and automatically allow a group of people who don't give a shit about you to make judgement calls on your content.

Suppose you run a legit and legal teen site and IFFOR decides they think your content pushes the boundaries too much towards CP even though you are 100% compliant... then what? I've seen witch hunts that took Mike Jones business down as well as unwanted attention from the Michigan attorney general on Lightspeed sites and others.

And what's this bullshit about "requiring site labeling"??? Doesn't it mean by definition that if your site is on .xxx that it's an adult site and parents should automatically filter?
