    Any Rv'ers on GFY?

What do you have? Motor home, 5th wheel or Travel Trailer?

And where are some of the best places you visited or continue to re visit?

been to many RV campgrounds doing research in the last year cause i plan to open an RV campground in the next few years.

best campground I saw was in south dakota, near mt Rushmore. The KOA - palmer-gulch. that place was incredible as campgrounds go.

Looks nice, but it appears there would be way to many kids for me.

My idea of camping now is a hotel in town. I sold my camp trailer 6 or 7 years ago
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
                think about that

                  RVing

There's a web site called "Harvest Hosts" where you can overnight stay at vineyards and wineries for free with your RV. At the moment, this is the middle of harvest. The grapes are ripe and beautiful. Nothing could be more romantic. Sunrise or sunset at a winery is about as good as it gets.

My girlfriend's parents have a very nice 5th Wheel with pullouts on both sides. They spend all summer at Twin Lakes in California, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and taking pictures of the bears and deer.

They just spent 10 days here in Vegas, and now they are in Albuquerque for another 10 days for the Balloon Festival.

After that, they will go to a 55 & Over RV park in Phoenix for the winter. I generaly make a few trips to Phoenix while they are there and they come to Vegas for the Airshow in November, plus they leave the RV there and go on trips, like the one they did in the spring, a cruise from Miami to Los Angeles, thru the Panama Canal.

They make the retired life look really good.
