A lot of assumptions on our stance regarding this. I will say for a period of time tracking this stuff down was left unattended, but there is actually A LOT in motion currently in regards to all of our pirated content, and yes this includes the tubes.

BB sites have now become a major concern and focus, but there is a process to it and it's not all going to come down in a single day.

I alone have had the lawyers send countless DMCAs just in the past few months. Just because our program and others are listed on that guys site means nothing. This guy wasn't sending us jack shit for traffic and sales when I looked today, I don't get what he has going on over there to make it all worth it and it only makes me suspect premium areas etc.. but like I said, he was instantly banned upon seeing this thread and I checked to make sure we did not have any affiliates referred by him.

Of course uploaders will create new accounts and reupload everything, but if you guys keep sending reports, you will win.

It's much cheaper and feasible than sending DMCA notices and paying lawyers.

Hollywood movies are available. But you say they send out takedowns? If it worked, how come you can still pirate EVERYTHING you could ever want?

I will say for a period of time tracking this stuff down was left unattended, but there is actually A LOT in motion currently in regards to all of our pirated content, and yes this includes the tubes. BB sites have now become a major concern and focus, but there is a process to it and it's not all going to come down in a single day. I alone have had the lawyers send countless DMCAs just in the past few months. Just because our program and others are listed on that guys site means nothing. This guy wasn't sending us jack shit for traffic and sales when I looked today, I don't get what he has going on over there to make it all worth it and it only makes me suspect premium areas etc.. but like I said, he was instantly banned upon seeing this thread and I checked to make sure we did not have any affiliates referred by him.

Most of them cancel uploaders account when they get copyright violation reports. Of course uploaders will create new accounts and reupload everything, but if you guys keep sending reports, you will win. It's much cheaper and feasible than sending DMCA notices and paying lawyers.
