Yahoo has gone ad crazy

It seems to be timed with the recent CEO firing but that could be a coincidence.

My only guess is they are trying to prop up ad revenue to boost their numbers for a higher priced sale. It's becoming unreadable.

Haven't really noticed anything different with ads, but have been having problems with their email lately. Doesn't want to open sometimes, and emails won't open a lot.

Everybody should really try Gmail. It takes a little bit of getting used to but it's much better then Yahoo who still thinks it's 1997.

I like having them as my homepage when I start up, but frequently their ads cause such a lag that I've considered changing my startup page to someplace else. I suggest giving them some feedback on your experience (click the feedback link under the ad) - enough people bitch about it and they may start to get the idea.
