Selling my Teen Affiliate Program

Site is well unexposed. Site is non exclusive(only a few exclusive vids+pic) Launched it 3 years ago and didn't do anything to it (absolutely no promo activities) for the pass 2 years. Site made 6k last year and 4k this year from some few dedicated affiliates and seo. Site runs on a custom cms and has a decent amount of content(350+ videos mostly HD | 50k+ photos high quality) Over 250+ quality unexposed FHG and a bunch of banners. Its a ready to go site. Reason I'm selling is cause I don't have any time for my adult project. I work a full time job + run a few successful mainstream biz. $4k sounds about right for what you would get, paysites typically are selling at 6 months rev plus a premium for exclusive content unless you got something really special.

Yes that does sound like the standard formula but there's no way in hell I'll give up my site for 4k unless I'm totally broke and being invicted . Plus I've spent over 10k to buy all these content over the pass couple of years even with depreciation in content value you wouldn't be able to buy 350+ vids / 50k photos for 4k. Anyways thanks for the input I respect all offers.

i have been wondering if you ever updated the paysite, updates are not visible in free area and that is a problem i think ... have luck selling it

Member's area is constantly updated because there are active members. As for "free area" i'm assuming you're referring to the tour. I haven't touched the tour for over 3 years. The site is running on a custom CMS so making it update the tour for every updates would be a 15mins programming job. I tell everyone that have contacted me that I can implement any kinda custom function they don't see in my cms. Since we're on the CMS topic i'll just take this opportunity list a few functions that my script does.

- Updates can be schduled up to million years ahead if ya like
- Upload your zipped photo via ftp then extract in admin area and script will auto create thumb at any dimension.
- Every model has it own profile page
- Every photo set and video set can be rated.
- Coming soon display

- Dates / Title / # images / Top Models / Powerful sort/search by age/custom categories/niche etc.
- Model search function
- Model Ranking
- Detailed Model Profile (age / cup size / birth place / Eyes / Hair color / etc..)
- Site takes Avi, WMV, .FLV

Lots more these are just coming from what i can remember from the top of my head. I'll add in a custom function or two for free if its not a big job.

yes i meant that 3 years old non updated tour makes the site dead for new affiliates. if you put some effort to update tour, you will be not selling but making money ... have luck with the sale
