I was only really considering it, cause I will be shaking a lot of hands at the meet. I mean, I'll have paid attention to my clothes, my higene, my shaving and general grooming... But just wondered if it might be an idea to pay attention to my nails?

Friend's gf was in beauty school so she did mine long ago, I remember thinking the nails were too shiny. I don't think she had put clear coat though because the next day they were fine.

If the woman doing them knows what she is doing then its a lot more than just cutting and filing you nails. Its a hand massage also and thats really nice.

I get them every once and while for a cleanup. It is far from gay. Most dudes who have a couple of dollars get it done. It is much cleaner looking for your hands, and believe me. Girls love it when they see a guy who takes care of himself. I do not get my eyebrows done or tan. That shit is gay. This is just being clean.

LOL at the people who think having manicures is gay. Plenty of the most macho doods on this planet get manicures on a regular basis. BTW, there are lots of women and also potential business parters/customers who are grossed out by nasty unkept dirty nails. I have my GF do mine at least once a week and she also does my toes. If she does not have time I will visit one of the salons packed with Vietnamese women as it only costs about $20. So do you guys think having your teeth cleaned is also gay? Then why would having your nails cleaned and trimmed be gay?
