Amazing price, amazing features. 2 weeks later the site was more down than up, but I didn't care because it was just a development testing server, so no big deal. 2 weeks later the server was down for good. Any support request may take from 2 days to NEVER be answered. Avoid them like the plague

Cirtex / hostv is cheap and works for some of our clients where WE do the sysadmin.
As for the others, we work with different hosts daily and have never heard of anyone using them. You'll succeed by doing something different with your sites, being better at what you do.
