Mayweather's a dick, but there was nothing wrong with what he did. How many times did Ortiz want to kiss and make up? Ortiz was the dirty fighter, not Mayweather, and he got pwned. The End.
he bet 2.5m at himself right? getting punched ass started shaking, oh my two and half millions, i must beat him fast doesnt matter how ... fair play you fuckhead
I am finding this whole conversation about Mayweather very interesting. I am starting to realize that there is a definitive pattern in how people perceive things. What I mean by this is that I have found that, almost unanimously, people who call themselves conservatives in a political sense also think that Mayweather did something wrong in the video you posted.
For the most part, I have found that conservatives are very black and white on issues... there is no real gray area... where liberals are less likely to exhibit that same type of black and white perception and are open to the gray area.
I know that this is kind of off topic to the OP but I just find these facts to be interesting. When you apply it to the Mayweather vs Ortiz fight... almost every liberal I have asked about it points to the same thing... right before the referee looked at the timekeeper (and Mayweather made the knockout) they say that you can clearly see the referee clap his hands... which is the time in signal.
Almost every conservative I have asked about it claims to either have not seen the referee signal time in or that it wasn't clear that he was signaling time in. They also say that Ortiz wasn't ready to fight because the referee confused him and that Mayweather took a cheap shot...

Floyd is a cocky, arrogant prick. However, I fail to see where he did anything wrong.
He got head butted.
The ref stopped the fight to assess the penalty.
The ref called time in.
Ortiz came over to Floyd with time in, and Floyd was nice enough to hug him again. AFTER Ortiz cut his chin and head butted him.
Floyd gave him a warning shot. Ortiz should have gloved up right away.
Floyd delivered the KO blow.
Ortiz meets the mat.
I don't see anything wrong. Ortiz was the dirty fighter. Floyd made a statement.
The only person more pathetic than Mayweather that night was Ortiz himself with his disgusting display of kisses and hugs when he should have been keeping his hands up.

Floyd is the man. Its about time someone put that old fuck larry merchant in his place. Ive been screaming at the tv for 20 years now that someone should tell him to fuck off, hit him or fire him.
He doesn't know shit about boxing. Floyd was RIGHT!! Been saying this for about 20 years now!

Personally I recognize that it was a legal hit, but the way he acted at the end of the fight was the part that I found pathetic. No class.
.
As for all the political stuff there..... uhhhhhhh.... ok?

Sure it was a legal shot but Mayweather is still an arrogant asshat. I would love to see him fight Pacquiao, either someone will finally knock the Pinoy out (doubtful) or Mayweather's ego will come down a notch. To me it would be a Win/Win scenario

I understand why some people are outraged by what Meryweather did because Ortiz was apologizing and those people consider what he did to be dishonorable even though it was legal. Was it dishonorable? Perhaps a little bit but Ortiz was also dishonorable with his obvious intentional headbutt so I have zero sympathy for him.
There is another exmaple of dishorable fighting in the bible with David and Goliath. David was a slimy little pussy and used a sling shot from far away instead of walking up to Goliath and fighting like a man.
well nobody is ever gonna give him credit for that type of "win"
Larry's job is the ask the questions the audience wants to know and judging by all the booing he was asking what everyone wanted. If all you ever want are give 110% and thank god answers fine fire him and get somebody who "knows" about out boxing

If anyone screwed up in all of this, its the referee. He gave a half ass signal to resume, then immediately looked over at the timekeeper for a good three seconds and turned around just in time to catch Mayweather's second punch.
"WTF, on google you can find the answer to every question in human history, EXCEPT how to convert cams..

If you notice... every time someone starts asking the real questions, mayweather jumps right on the "you don't know shit about boxing" line... I mean, all the interviews I've seen, all he's trying to do is praise god and talk like a promoter.
He doesn't want to answer the real questions like, "why don't you ever fight anyone who actually stands a chance at winning?" or "why do you keep dodging Pac?".
As soon as those type questions come up... "you don't know shit about boxing"...
The best boxer in the world? lol... more like the most overpaid "athlete" in history..

Holy shit. I've read a lot of uninformed crap in this thread but you're the only that attempts to come off like your opinion is valid - in a "I know boxing" sort of way.
Mayweather has discussed the Pacquio fight ad nauseam. And that old fuck Merchant has had a thing out for Mayweather Jr. forever now.
And 5 fights he could have lost? How about 7?
Castillo I & II, Marquez, Judah, Hatton, Hernandez, destroyed Gatti the legend.
Stick to watching heavyweights pound the shit out of each other. You know nothing about boxing.
It was not a low blow. Stop feeling sorry for that loser.
Guy got paid millions to take an ass whooping.
He got his ass whooped.
I don't feel sorry for anyone, couldn't care less who won either. The facts are the last two punches were cheap shots. I'd be really interested in how you could possibly argue any different.
