    Where to host Porn without getting trouble with age-verification of the models?

    I want to host a tube site, but i head that if you host in the US, you need a proof of every model on your site, that she is over 18 years old.

    1. How do you deal with that?
    2. Which country or service would you recommed me?
    3. If i only host sponsor videos, they should have that proof, do i only need to link there or write a disclamer like "these videos are produced by ... please go to their site for age proof?"

      If you host our videos, there will be a link to our sites which all have proper 2257 notice and documentation. I asked this very question to a lawyer, its a slightly gray area but link like this should be more than enough unless you are dealing with borderline content (in which case you may want to further cover your ass to show that everybody is >18 for sure)

          If you are in the US, you need to abuse by US law no matter where the server is. They don't take the server to jail, they take you.

          If it's only user submitted content, aka stolen property, you might be able to claim common carrier. Without dealing in stolen property, you can use sponsor provided or purchased content which will include proper 2257 documentation.
