That group of words at the bottom is the issue.

That happens when Google gives a page a page rank of 0 - it's basically the kiss of death.

Google will ban your url if it feels that you have made a blatant attempt to gain a high page rank.

Have you read what Google says about itself?

It tells you what you have to do to get a good listing without really trying. You don't have to artificially inflate your keywords or link to every high ranking page on the planet. In fact it isn't the pages that you link to that count for anything - its the pages that link to you - and their PR that will help your page.

However, PR is not the be-all and end-all of a good listing. I have a page 1 listing on google (well it was still page one while the ast shuffle was going on) for a good search term. The page is nothing more than an FPA that I feed some old TGP2 pages into, PR waivers between 2 and 3 and the term that the page gets listed for is only mentioned in the page's title.

All those words you have down the bottom of your page are a waste of time and the only thing worse you could have done was have those words in the same color as the background.

Go and read all about Google - on Google - and you should begin to understand where you are going wrong.

words all gone.

Is there anything else i can do aside from adding link trades?

Really????????

Well shit - I wish you told me that before I got a couple of good listings on Google for words that appear in the domain name.

Damn if I'd known that I would have gone and registered fartingoldtruckdrivers.com and ignorantsmartasswebmasters.com and saved myself a lot of hassle.

Had it ever occured to you that there were other factors involved, and in fact your site would be listed well regardless of whether it was called

you-are-a-cock-boy.com

or

nicebrandabledomainname.com?

I would like to tell you why there may still be a *little* advantage to using keyword filled domain names (nothing to do with google) but I'd rather you carried on stumbling in the dark... Hey, I have another little tip for you - METATAGS :1orglaugh

I still say there's no such thing as a se guru...

I've had sites with less that 10 words and no meta's end up in the top 10 with Google.. and these were dumb little galleries..

I've thrown other sites together in a matter of about 30 minutes and they've ended up in the top 10 as well..

A search on Google for 'teen porn' has http://www.z-teen-porn.com/ in the top spot..
Have a look at it.. no meta tags.. no alt tags.. no real text in the body to speak of..

I still say it's the luck of the draw..

The truth is, for those of us that do know the search engine secrets, we're not sharing. My search engine wizardry accounts for a very large part of my adult related income. I certainly am not going to help anyone try to get a listing ahead of any of mine...

How did I learn?..here's my only advice I will share...I paid for rush inclusion into a number of search engines....then over a period of months (yes, months) I continually tweaked my pages until I could develop a pattern.

Sorry for the negative, but my advice is...if anyone is willing to give you information...chances are good that they don't know squat...

Gotta agree with you and that moron who suggested meta tags is a prime example.

I wonder why search engine talk brings out more idiots - who know absolutely everything about nothing - than any other topic.

If you look at the back links in google on the site you have pointed out there you can clearly see how they have acheived the PR ranking, it's not rocket science. :winkwink:

Your right, I make a living at SE marketing and I already give out lots of advice on how to get SE placement but the key secrets I hold as a trade secret and will not disclose to anyone for any price. After all, if those were compromised, why would they need an SEO anymore...

You should read up and stop asking obvious questions.

Good point!

Ok so now i know i need to go buy 100 target named domain names and throw up FPA's and link them all together, lol j/k

Ok i have a question regarding his strategy ...

He has 100 link-to's obviously owned by him, why is that any different than me having 100 link-to's that i dont own?

I also notice he doesnt put links for all 100 of his sites, is that because he doesnt want to split the PR so low?

Ok i understand the concept of not grouping the keywords, i have removed my block as recomended.

I am working on some story pages to link off my tgp, wonder if they will also get me banned?

http://www.pleasuredvds.com/ttt/story1.shtml

I cant think of a reason why, but how will googlebot determine if this is a story, or if its a group of keywords?

lil2rich4u2 02-01-2003 09:06 PM

still would like a reply on my last post
