Great idea! now just start a contests on your paysites letting members know that every 500th member will receieve access to the bunker for 2012. That could revive some sales..and then when 2012 actually comes, lock em out. Everyone will be dead anyways so no lawsuits!

What "media stunt?"

This is merely a good application of "dual use" planning, and (secondarily, of course) a function of our company correctly assuming that our bunker plan is something the media would be interested in reporting on.

Suppose, by some wild chance, an apocalypse of some kind doesn't actually happen next year as some have predicted; we will still have a seriously cool facility in which to shoot content, store equipment, hold meetings with key strategic partners and - yes - throw seriously mind-blowing parties.

Please note that the one schematic we have released thus far is just the command center module, a very, very small portion of the total structure. Of course we're not planning on housing hundreds of people in a structure that small -- you'll also notice it doesn't depict any water tanks, HVAC equipment, food storage facilities, etc? Those logistics will be dealt with in portions of the structure that we have not yet released schematics of.

We will be releasing additional details shortly.
