Never ever ever lie on GFY.

GFY is a huge collection of people with unlimited resources and way too much time. If your debating something - say politics - don't make a statement unless you can verify online from a legit source that it is 100% true. If you don't do this, you'll be eaten alive.

Not sure if you are an advertiser, if not might want to re-size your sig banner.

Signature rules. Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 lines of text. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Yes there is a reason this is so big. Also putting your text in a cell and making it look like a button is against the rules. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more than 3 lines of text. There are many roles which one can fill in the adult industry. You can either become a specialist for a large company or a jack of all trades independent like myself.

The most important thing:

"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."

Pick a niche that you know and love!!! And remember, if you are a tourist, the natives will figure you out right away.

Start off by picking a company that isn't well too known on the tubes like our sites over at tushycash.com I know I know a selfish plug lol ask the aff rep or the owner questions about which site does what, find good traffic send to sites and test test test! I know I am plugging away at our program but if you do want to start off and promote someone hit me up and I will help you as much as I can!

Do not give your content away for free. Only display thumbnail photos on your hosted gallery sites. Make it easy for surfers to pay to join for full size viewing.

If you're starting out don't bother becoming an affiliate, start your own paysites.

Start with a small amount of quality content, that will get signups. Pick a couple of niches and once you have the volume get a merchant account.

Do step one and you'll make 3 - 4 times what you would have made as an affiliate, add step two and it'll be 5 - 6 times within 6 months to 1 year.

Another Tip

Learn SEO, you don't have to be an expert but the more you know the better.

Pick 3 or 4 niches and start 1 or 2 quality sites for each one, update as often as possible with quality content and if you're reasonable at SEO you'll have a decent income if you work at it.

The odds on a newbie making it, never were good. Now nearly impossible.

If you want to be an affiliate it will cost you nothing to very little.

If you want to open a paysite and make money, mortgage your house.

Most people with no sig or something in their sig they don't own are normally not got anything worth putting up for show.
