POST 10,000 ! How to make money within a micro niche !

OK, Although this is laid out like a step by step... This isn't really a step by step guide, but a general rule of thumb... Its not 100% complete either. I know that. Its just a guide really. Stuff I have missed out is not deliberate. I simply cant fit it all in and keep it coherent. However the timelines are hairy Muff.. So... Make of it what the fuck you will... (Put it this way... I aint done to fucking badly with it!) LOL

Also bear in mind that I am often critiqued for not 'helping' or sharing some of my secrets, so today, post 10,000 I am changing that !

So, what we are going to do, is to open a site based on your chosen micro niche, but without using sponsors. You are gonna be a one man band, shoot the content, and market the site yourself, WITHOUT AFFILIATES ! Sound crazy? Perhaps... But read on...

This plan is going to take you an entire year. Yup, a whole year! 365 days! long time? Sure... BUT you wont 'work' every day, and it wont cost you much more than the change in your pockets! Is this a 'get rich quick'??? Nope, but it is a 'stay rich' scheme. Once you are a year in, its ZERO WORK, and 100% PROFIT lol

PART 1 - CHOOSE YOUR NICHE...

DAY 1) Choose a micro niche. Make sure that you are at least slightly interested in it...

DAY 2) Ensure that there are at (The absolute very fucking least) 3 forums where people are fans of / are talking about your chosen micro niche... (Or the broader niche that your micro niche is part of...)

Day 3) Reg up your domain name for your new site. Choose TWO words ONLY. Fetish + Your Twist' (Example- Mine is NAME OF FETISH plus POV) and start posting on the forums you have found... Branding your new domain name...

DAY 4) Dont matter WHAT other posters post on the 3 (Minmum) forums) YOU ARE GONNA BE THEIR BEST FRIEND! ie "Oh yeah, thats GREAT ! I wish I could produce content like that " etc... LICK ARSE for at least three months... Even if you think their content is SHIT... It dont matter... This is a means to an end.. PLAY THE GAME!!!

DAY 5) Meanwhile... You gotta start producing content... See the post below regarding that...

PART 2 - CONTENT...

DO NOT, REPEAT DO (FUCKING) NOT... BUY CONTENT FOR A MICRO NICHE... THEY HAVE SEEN IT BEFORE!!!

1) Your gonna shoot your own ! Dont worry... YOU DONT NEED EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT... Just get whatever the fuck you can afford... Keenness beats tech EVERY TIME!! Plus, with a cheap camera, and cheap production costs, you will be seen as a GENUINE FAN of the niche you have chosen... THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT... Everyone welcomes another 'Fan' into the fold... But a 'Pro Shooter' with Pro Equipment is seen as a tourist within your niche !

2) Find someone in your area who also shoots porn... Offer to team up with them - (TIP) They will say no at first,.. Who wants a noob on set??? But offer to be good, make the tea, and behave... Also point out to the other other guy, that he can use your payment to the girl, to 'bump up' the overall payment to the girl for the day... (TIP) Girls LIKE MONEY... The more you can offer them for a half day, at one location... THE MORE GIRLS WILL TAKE YOU BOTH UP ON IT... Its a win win... The girl gets more cash for her time - The other guy can offer more money, and et better girls, and you get your content dirt cheap... WINNING !!!

3) Shoot a max of twenty mins only. Make it dead easy for the girls. Get as many 20 min vids from each girl as you can afford... Keep shooting - Keep storing it away... Get a few stills - An iPhone will do for this - You dont need a hardcore canon D50... The stills are only to advertise the vids, and 'give away' for free with each vid you sell...

4) Keep doing this as often as your cash allows... Aim for at least ONE vid a month... However 3 vids per session, twice a month or more is ideal... Expensive? Well, not free, but remember... You are adding your shoot onto the end of another persons... So you can get it cheaper... Think of it like this. The girl is going to come and do a full B/G shoot for someone else, for £350... You are offering her an extra £50 for a 20 min vid at the end.... She's there anyway, its all extra cash for her, and so its all good. Believe me. THIS WORKS...

PART 3 - SITE...

OK, so we are in about month 10 now (Quick Recap) You have been posting for 10 mins a day, every day on your (at least) 3 forums. You have been complimenting EVERYONE ELSES WORK as a 'fan'.... Unknown to them, you have also been shooting your own stuff for 10 months... You have stockpiled AT LEAST 10 Videos (But Ideally about 30)...

Time to build your site... Now, with this plan, you are not building a 'members site' Just a site to sell your vids as one time downloads. MUCH SIMPLER... So, what does your site need? You MUST HAVE a main page that lists your available videos, and then each video needs its own page to display a trailer, and the 'Buy Now' button... Sure you can have pic galleries etc, but thats just gravy. We are keeping this as simple as possible...

So, either build a 'main page' in dreamweaver, and add the 'video pages' as links - Also in dreamweaver, or, if you are one of the cool kids, just use wordpress... Simple is as simple does... K.I.S.S. = Keep It Simple Stupid...

TIP. If you want a VERY SIMPLE billing option use verotel. If you want something that others CAN promote (And take commission from in future) Use ccBill - Add in as many or as few diff billers as you like. Its UP TO YOU...
