1.When you sign up for ccbill., you provide them a URL to member access etc. Anybody can throw a "front" site up & lie about what kind of products they are selling.
2. How often do you think the ccbill staff go around looking at their thousands and thousands of clients websites?


I know ccbill is a good company. I am sure that they are unaware of what most of there clients are actually doing. You gotta think, how many websites use ccbill to process payments? ALOT. How many employees do you think ccbill employs? Probably alot less than the number of clients they have.

Keep this in consideration until we get an explanation from a rep from ccbill.

Well said, CCBILL, in my experience , the most professional and helpfull company and people.

They are efficient & fast... online or phone support. When Ive had membership access problems, they have sorted it immediatly & provided my members with the billing support they have needed & most of all payments with out problems, a company you can trust. This makes a great billing company.

I think PayPal know exactly who they are processing for. Its high time they were brought to account. Personally I think they need "exposed" in the mainstream media for what they are doing, then they will soon turn off the processing. Might be worth seeding the story to the Tv and Press seeing as they are a household name and its in the public's interest.

I never thought about it until now, but its damn hypocritical that paypal wont allow processing for adult, & still allow processing for companies that show adult like filesharing sites :(

Filesonic now go alertpay instead of ccbill. Funny that alertpay policy is no bill for adult lately (they say so if you ask an account, cam sites being declined, as does paypal), but file share of adult it is ok, as maybe it is not just adult and anyway who knows what's shared.

considering how tough it is to get a site approved these days, and the checking, and the custom billing tags, it is hard to avoid. it would seem that either ccbill knew about the site and approved it anyway, or that they were incredibly lax in checking the site to start with. since they have shown not to be lax, i will leave you all to draw your own conclusions.

what i would like to see: if ccbill things someone scammed them, they should make a case our of it, perhaps sue the bastards based on defaming the ccbill name. that would be interesting to say the least.

This is why Im going to give this company "filesonic" credit, yes the content was on there website, but once I sent an email with links to their site & my sites, they removed the content immediatly, no need to DMCA. The forum with the link to that fileshare site now has another post under it from me, saying to click the link here, you can see much more than just one scene"
