That picture reminds me of something you'd see in National Geographic.
Before I actually took a look at it I thought it was going to be just another one of those people who do crazy things when they see the streetview cars come by...
But nope, this is kinda sad. If I had to guess I'd say she was doing laundry in the bathtub/shower or something and was going to put whatever clothing she has in her hand out to dry on that "drying rack" (stolen shopping cart). Love how she's covering her face. Hah!
