      When affiliates send traffic are they able to click on your traffic leaks?

      Please visit EPOCH.COM , our authorized sales agent

      That makes ZERO sense to have that in your footer.

      Wouldn't it make sense to link to https://support.ccbill.com/ and not ccbill's front page?

              Epoch requires that to be there when they approve you. They give you a little javascript you have to put in your footer. That Javascript spits out "Please visit EPOCH.COM , our authorized sales agent" and links to Epoch. AFAIK you can't change that. If you don't have this in your site code at the time of approval, that's a no-no.
