Sorry for the confusion. You will be able to cascade via the CCBill cascade system.

Great promo and a great program John!

But I'm just a little confused, in this thread you answer the question....

"Can you still cascade to other billers if you use the "paid by CCBill" feature?"

answered with...

"First is the CCBill cascading system, which as far as I am aware allows you to send your denials to a few other processors they work with. This system, if configured properly on all ends (NATS, CCBill, the other processors) should function with no problems."

But TMM_Vlad in a different post https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1034580&page=2 answered the same question....

"So you can't cascade to other billers if you use the "paid by CCBill" feature?"

answered with...

"Correct, it currently does not have the ability to cascade with the CCBill Traffic Manager system. We may make this feature possible in the future after further testing with CCbill."

Which is the correct answer?

I'm not trying to be a smart ass this is a HUGE issue for some of us. I make a nice additional monthly income with the cascade from CCBill to Epoch and would not want to loose it. NATS is a great program and been on my "Need It" list for a long time. Now with the addition of the CCBill Paid option NATS is moving to my "no excuse not to get it" list, I think?

So does this mean you are currently able to cascade with the CCBill Traffic Manager system or are you saying you "will" have that ability in the near future?

Or to put it another way, if NATS was installed today would I be able to keep my CCBill Traffic Manager cascade?

Sorry man just making sure there are no misunderstandings.

No worries. No one is actively using the CCBill cascading (traffic manager) with it yet. We've evaluated how it will work, tested it, etc. and we see no issues at all with it, but nothing is guaranteed until it is put into practice of course.

If you'd like to get it going let us know, we'll lay out how it will work for you and make sure that should an issue arise, we have a clear way to transition back immediately.

I understand you're being positive, but it was not a "hole". That is very misleading. The issue you had was a NATS program having an error on their templates. It had zero to do with NATS and was certainly not even close to a "hole".

And you're welcome :thumbsup

I don't believe you are integrated with CCBill's traffic manager system, so no, you won't be able to cascade with CCBill's traffic manager.

Not sure what their traffic manager is but I was curious if the promo will allow people to save money switching from a ccbill managed affiliate program to NATS using NETbilling as the processor?

I am sure there is a ton of possibility for that switch... ccbill conversions are in the shitter...

V_RocKs 09-13-2011 09:10 AM

Would be nice to see some processors get on board with this promo and reduce their fees in hopes of gaining a spot in the cascade.

You had asked if the feature allows cascading to NetBilling.

If you're asking if we can offer a special deal to those looking to get onto NATS with NetBilling, of course we can, that's just not what this thread was about. If someone is looking to move over to NATS & utilize NetBilling please feel free to get in touch and we will work out a great deal with you.
