i never had any luck buying traffic personally. i just generate it myself.

Starting a cam site is very hard.
Some issues I have with your site is that the online models aren't hot, the cam software seems outdated, and the video feed is pixelated. The overall design of the site isn't very good.
Why would they purchase credits on this site, when there are so many other cam sites out there with a ton more models online, that are hotter and that they can see in HD?

Depends partly on your traffic, where it's coming from, and what kinds of links you have up - do the guys know it's cams they're coming to?

Also depends on the girls you have online. Guys take a while to trust a new site, to sniff around and check out the goods, before they even sign up.

Are your links in places where surfers will see and re-see them again tomorrow? 24hrs isn't that long to determine the quality of traffic, camsite guys are shoppers.

If they don't like who's online, they'll look around who's scheduled. And come back then to check her out.

Also your search is very limited - if you're going to have search, might as well go for the hair, boobs, etc...

My first impression is that the thumbs of the girls are misplaced and too small. I can't even see what's on the menu without looking hard.

Second, yet most important, is that you only have 3 models online right now.

Buy other traffic. Test a little bit. May be tell them that they can see free pictures of them with the free signup ... They fall in love and then the use the cam option.

If you work with Chat Traffic you don't have to pay me till i make you money.. In my opinion you wasted your money from buying these. It really depends on where your traffic originally came from.

Remove the Ipad / Iphone thing, add something sexy in there that makes Horny Joe click around your site.

Find a way to display the live models in your visitors face, they won't spend hours on your site trying to find a live girl, facilitate the ability to see live models in a click.

Eventually, change the design to something easy to browse and easy to understand for your visitors.

What's that chips / coins type of payment? Explain it wisely to your surfers so they understand what's it all about or change it to money / minute.

It's all about the content, focus on maximizing your content, as in, models go first always. Build the site so models are always in the focus, not the design, not anything else, models.

There are generally tons of things about a cam site, but those should be some good starting points.

Send the traffic directly to the girls rooms, not the front page. That might help a bit.
