ie, if somone clicks on a link for a site, say http//www.fytftyftyftyftyt it will put somthing at the start such as fytfty/fuyfytty/fytftyty/http//www.fytftyftyftyftyt

Heres my blog question.. domain.com/post/?tgpname is what I use to keep track of any sales from my tgps to blog posts.. Anyway of doing this thats more seo friendly

Google can read it fine, don't worry so much about structure as long as the url always looks the same.

You might be able to change "http://www.yourdomain.com//goto/" on WP No External Links to whatever it is you need to come before the link.

I don't know as I haven't checked the editor but it seems like it would be intuitive. At least in theory.
