It be like that sometimes. Dude was probably running a plate when all of a sudden a big black truck is heading straight toward him... noticing an empty spot on the left he tried to swerve out the way unsuccessfully. I've done it successfully, twice...

yea i was thinking the cop wsa more interested in ticking the dude in front of him for no signal, then wasn't paying attention to what was in front of him

Couldnt help myself I watched it.. He didnt have much time to react and did what made sense really.. he had two open lanes to the left.. If he hadnt gone left if could have been worse if he didnt clear the SUV.. Driver door would be much worse at that speed then right front
