Is Serious Partners a Serious affiliate?

I really thought I found a good fit. But with getting settled in & my first check getting lost in the mail since 7/7/2011 I have been running in circles with this affiliate to get paid my commissions for the business I have sent them. Sometimes they answer my support ticket & sometimes they do not answer it for days.

I have been told that they frequent this board & this is the place to post to get some attention. I have also been told by Lilith from Serious Partners that she is still waiting to hear from the bank which she has sent two letters to. What is wrong with picking up the phone & calling them to see if the check ever came in to be cashed or current bank statements? I opened another payment method as she suggested & now have other commision monies due me as well. What is their standard paying procedure???

I am sending in good hits/business & for a brand new affiliate with them I am feeling ignored/negelected. I mean Seriously already!!!!!!!!!!

You're the affiliate. They are the sponsor or affiliate program.

I am not going to say anything one way or the other about Serious Partners but I will talk about checks. European banks treat paper checks like they have the plague or something and when you have a problem with them those banks can be wholly uncooperative. Paper checks have really become almost obsolete over there and when they say it is going to take up to two weeks you can count on that as a minimum.

I know it does not help for the check that is floating around out there now but I would seriously consider bank wires or Paxum over checks especially when dealing with any company in Europe

Seriously?

That's what I've been told about paper check & that's why I signed up with Paxum.
But it will be two months 9/7 I am still waiting to get paid for lost check of 7/7.
Is that normal?

Normal? No, but it does happen occasionally. I think you made a wise decision signing up for Paxum. We have used them for almost a year and have not had any problems to date

Their support is the absolute worse ... I've has serious issues concerning their check payments as well ... One of their representatives (Irina) advised me to use Paxum since they will no longer send checks ... That was one of their many excuses ...

I am no longer associated with Serious Partners ...

still trying to send checks but unfortunately unsuccessful. We tried
it yesterday, but the system dropped. We are trying to figure everything out as soon as
possible.

Best regards,

I've used Serious Partners since 2006. Their hosted galleries convert well. Originally I was paid by epassporte like clockwork. After epassporte went down I switched to checks and have received them without problem. I suggest you switch to payment by Paxum. These guys are based in Eastern Europe and payment by checks is not an easy thing for them. Check payment is an archaic form of payment and really still only used in North America now. Checks are convenient for US and Canada based sponsors but not for European.

I venture a guess being based in Eastern Europe affects their horrible support as well ?
You're suppose to have your affiliates feel comfortable.. not neglected and ignored ...

If checks are not a "easy thing for them".. perhaps they should remove the payment by check option instead of giving those individuals the run-around ...
Yes.. I eventually received my earnings but the process was like pulling teeth ...

Seriously Check-less!

Thank you all for your responses. I heard from Irena today. The Financial Boss is out of the Country until Monday & I was asked to be patient for alittle longer. Now is Paxum safe to get a check from? or will I have the same issues with them? Seems I read a post today someone not getting THEIR checks?
