vBulletin ... tried, true and tested

I was thinking. It's been almost 10 years since I did my first vBulletin install and not much has changed.

So many people have to change their stuff as time goes on. It was perfect from the beginning and hasn't required much.

    Back to the drama.

Granted, I am not an "expert" but I think VB has had a lot of changes, at least at the admin level.

Not worth the upgrade to 4.0 in my opinion.

I fully agree ... Our 3.8.2 version is the most stable and versatile ... We only installed a line or two of code to prevent random registrations and spamming ... Unless you're curious.. I feel there is no need to upgrade to version 4x ...

I think he is referring to its basic operation. The fact that it has pretty much stayed the same and has functioned the same

ofcourse the coding and extra options and security has changed but the core of the software has not.
