I'm not exactly sure how this would work as I have yet to play multiplayer myself, but it seems as if there are a lot of Civ5 players on GFY. Is anyone interested in a multiplayer game?

So far I know of one other party interested.

I'd do it just for the achievement. I like Civ because it's turn based so I can just play a little bit at a time.

Unlike the old days, when 'one more turn' lead to seeing the sun rise....

Civ 4 might work better, good point-- also because it's got PitBoss. If someone sets up a BTS PitBoss game we can have a nice, slow, epic match.

I'm a Civ 1, 2, 3 and 4 player.. But Civ 5 I tried once, it was painfully slow, felt like no fun, and I just gave up.

Maybe now that I have a new video card and PC I'll give it another run, but seriously I waited a long time for that to come out.. For me to put it down immediately like that says something I think.

try it again, they played with the engine a bit and it's a lot better

Fucking love Civ 5, awesome game. I have this bug where after pressing next round sometimes the game will freeze and all animations will stop for what seems like minutes and then it resumes as if nothing happened.

Anyone else get this or know how to fix it? I'm running the DX11 version and have done the AA fix already, that stopped the black screen crash issue but not the current problem.

Might just be that your computer is not strong enough? Mine isn't. I'm playing standard mode instead of animation mode.

If i'm correct then its a memory leak (game bug).. try plaing smaller maps with less enemies ;)
