Looking For Script - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm looking for a simple Perl or PHP script that will keep track of projects/jobs ..... found some that are part of big collaborative Intranet scripts but way too complicated.

I just want a simple thing to keep track of projects, who the client is, what date it started, description of the job, mark off when it's completed, shipped.

I've searched Hotscripts and all the other script directories for 'Contact Manager', 'Time Management' , stuff like that but nothing really fit what i want.

I'll go to Elance and get somebody to do it but I'd rather buy it off the shelf for 50 bucks rather than go the Elance route.

if anybody knows a script that can do the kind of simple job task/scheduler type of thing please post it.

Haha! I'm writing one for our projects as we speak. I'll post when ours is done. The idea is for it to be simple. I've seen the ones on the script sites. They look like shit and you have to have a Phd to run them.

thanks candyflip, i looked at that one last night, it has basically what i want but it's way too complicated, my shooters will take one look at it and say 'you gotta be fucking kidding me, i'm a pussy photographer not a systems engineer!'

Mutt we use http://helpdesk.networkpenguin.com/ and even my puppy can work it out
LMK if you have any question my tech has installed it a few times for us
