40% - 70% if you use limited trial members areas depending on the niche & content amount and how easily the member can upgrade in your cms scripts.
5% to 20% if you give them full access and hope they don't cancel.
Now I am sure someone with a little ccbill site will come along and say they do 75% conversions with no limited trial area... whatever.. My numbers are the deal for 98% of the programs out there.

Look at the % who cancel a trial before they even look at the site.
Then who cancel right after looking.
